Courts may only be entered in clean sports shoes with non-marking soles. Football studs and street shoes are strictly prohibited to protect the artificial turf and court surface.

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your slot starts so you have time to check in and change. Because the schedule is tight, slots cannot be extended if players arrive late.

You can cancel or reschedule a slot automatically in RaqetZone up to 24 hours before play begins, and the full amount is returned to your wallet instantly with no penalty.

In case of rain, an unsafe slippery surface or bad weather, the slot is cancelled with the club management's approval and the full amount paid is refunded to the player's wallet immediately.

Players must bring a standard racket and balls. If you don't have a racket, demo and match rackets are available for rent and new cans of balls are sold at reception.

Please respect players on neighbouring courts, keep the venue clean and do not smoke anywhere on the courts or in the changing rooms, in line with our health standards.
